Rose's bleak romantic sentiments come a few weeks after Edwards' new girlfriend, singer Cher, hinted that the pair was engaged. While fans were quick to conclude that the ring symbolized an engagement, Cher seemingly shut down the rumors with a follow-up post. "I posted this cause his nails are so cool," she tweeted. Since then, the pair and the mysterious diamond ring have been spotted out on the town in dozens of paparazzi photos.
